Some popular methods that promote #weightloss ⠀⠀Not all are suitable for everyone, but they do generate positive effects so I wanted to list them here for your inspiration:⠀⠀ketogenic diet: ketosis is a natural state that happens when your body runs out of glucose for energy and it burns stored fat instead. A ketogenic (basically very low-carb) diet encourages your body to remain in ketosis⠀intermittent fasting: rather than focusing on what you, intermittent fasting tells you when (not) to eat, different patterns exist where you fast on a daily or weekly basis. Many studies show it can cause weight loss, improve metabolic health and even protect against disease... it's an easier one to try then ketosis⠀HIIT: rather than longer cardio workouts, high intensity interval trainings work on getting your hart rate up again and again with a minimum of recovery in between. Great for fatloss and also for pushing your limits.⠀weightlifting: strength training can burn as much fat as cardio during the workout and will help burn more calories and fat even when you're not working out. Just to show y'all I am 100% serious about the #100burpeesadayuntilxmassI did this video of myself in our basement... and the ceiling is not actually high enough to really jump up... and bad lighting too (was already pitch black outside) - That's how serious I am(will try to do another video later this week)⠀⠀Who's in for a #burpeechallenge?⠀⠀Call me crazy but I do love burpees and I'll give you five reasons why!⠀1. You can do them anywhere, anytime. No equipment needed. (you could wear a weighted vest if they become too easy 🤪)2. It is an easy movement to perform⠀3. Burpees ARE functional fitnessand work all your major muscle groups. Arms, chest, quads, glutes, hamstrings and abs are all called into action!⠀4.
