Some things I stocked up on today. Persimmons, pineapples and medjool dates. Also got some avocados, lemons, berries and figs. Livin' that sweet fruitarian life. Here in the Netherlands it's actually not that expensive to eat fruit if you know where to shop and get lucky sometimes. The persimmons were €2.50 per case and the pineapples €1.50 each. Pretty neat right?
Living liquids aka fruit juices. Straight pineapple on the left, halfblood orange - lemon - ginger - turmeric on the right. Cleansing and nourishing. Flushing and charging. Pair with daily excersise and intermittent dry fasting and unlock super human powers. ⚡
DRYFASTING: WHAT IS IT AND WHY DO I DO IT DAILY? Dry fasting is the most powerful way of letting the body heal. It means you are abstaining from both food and liquids. This is the only time the body gets rest truly. It is far superior to water fasting. Not only does drinking water stress the kidneys, it also flushes out electrolytes, creating imbalances. By not drinking any liquids and not eating any solid foods you're taking load of both the kidneys and the digestive tract. This will free up massive amounts of energy for healing. It will also help the kidneys break loose so they can start filtering lymphatic waste again. Most people's kidneys do not filter, because of all the highly acidic high protein diets they're eating. This is where almost all dis-ease comes from. When the kidneys don't filter, acids build up and break down the body. Where they build up is where problems will arise. That is why kidney filtration is key in healing. So what is the best way to incoorporate dry fasts? First of all, adapting a fruit based diet is important, as it is the only diet that hydrates the body on a cellular level. When you've been on a fruit based diet for a while you can start doing daily dry fasts, starting from 12 hours and slowly working your way up. Personally I dry fast for 18 hours everyday, leaving me with 6 hours to eat my meals. I can easily go for 24+ hours without getting thirsty or dizzy at all, but since I am moving my body a lot that would not be very smart as I also need fuel to recover and build my body back up. For me this is the perfect balance. This way I can build muscle while still detoxifying. When dry fasting your body solely burns fat for energy, while during water fasts the body burns up a great deal of muscle as well. This is why daily intermittent dry fasts are awesome to stay lean effortlessly! It can also boost HGH (human growth hormone) up to 2000%, making daily fasting perfect for building muscle. NOTE: do not do any long term (dry) fasts if you are not experienced. Always adapt to a fruit based diet first prior to fasting. Hydration is really important.
Feels so great to be so active again. Eating a fruit diet is good and all but you can feel so so much better when you include daily excersise. And when I say excersise I mean going hard a few times a week as well. Getting that sweat on. My diet is a lot simpler when I move around a lot and instinctive eating is a lot easier as well when you move a lot and are actually hungry. So what I am doing now is dry fasting 18 hours daily, then breaking my fast with herbal tea to support kidneys. A bit later I'll have a big astringent juice (pineapple, apple, citrus or whatever) followed by a big fruit meal and perhaps some greens with more fruit later or a salad type of meal. All in that 6 hour eating window ofcourse. Incoorporating my daily dry fasting routine and heavy excersise again has come with so many benefits. Kidneys are filtering great, skin gets better and better, digestion is effortless, I sleep for 8-9 hours straight without waking up, mental clarity is top notch, motivated to get things done, making gains quick, recovering fast and so many more things. Today this pineapple, lemon, ginger and turmeric juice and a big piel de sapo melon is what held me over until dinner.
Made this delicious simple creamy garden pea & coconut salad today and decided to spoil you all with the recipe. It's available for FREE on my Patreon account, link to that in my bio! 💚
A cleansing apple lemon juice and a healing midwinter sun. Blessings. Beauty is in the little things, how cliché that may sound. It is true, though. Feeling the sun on my bare chest and face after so many days of cloudiness and rain is so refreshing and revitalizing. I am filled with love and gratitude.
Straight pineapple juice is hands down my favorite fruit juice. Followed closely by mandarin juice. Fruit juices are often put away as too high in sugar and should be avoided, when in reality, when you want to heal of a health condition, mono fruit juices are at the top of healing, while still giving your body an adequite amount of energy to go about your day. If you really want to dig deep into detoxification, go ona mono fruit juice fast. Grapes, grapefruit, oranges, apples and watermelon are all extremely powerful. Add lemon for extra astringent power. Be cautious though, if you are too acidic this will be way too heavy for you and your symptoms will likely get worse before they get better and it can be too hard to handle. It's not that the fruit worsens the condition, it only exposes your weaknesses, and in a very acidic body those weaknesses will be exposed rather aggresively. Going on a mono pineapple juice fast I do not recommend. From experience I can tell you that stuff is too strong because of all the bromelain. I did a couple of days on it and was literally burning on the inside😅.
Made some amazing raw vegan sushi today. No nasty sea animals corpses inside. None of that bad stuff, all of the good stuff. Wrote down the recipe and it will eventually be up on my Patreon. Link in bio. Go check it out! 🍣❌🐟
