This little treat popped up onto facebook memories. I remember feeling slim this night 🤔 interesting. I also remember feeling very drunk 🙈 ignore the moody face on the right, I took that this weekend when I was feeling in pain, often my face tells you all you need to know about my pain levels, when caught off guard I've been told to "smile more", "don't worry, it could not happen" or "no ones died"... I've also been described as the mean one because of how my face naturally looks. It's like I think I'm smiling and then my face says otherwise, any one else have this problem? 🙈 besides the point, im off to yoga now to try and stretch out how im feeling because my pain levels have defo increased, but I have also been really relaxed with how im eating, so there has to be a link there 🤷🏼♀️ #transformation #transformationtuesday #tuesday #beforeandafter

No-bake, dairy free, refined sugar free, egg free chocolate fudge bars. Not only are these So easy to make, but they’re absolutely delicious!! Whenever I have some cocoa powder in my pantry, I always have the urge to create and experiment with healthy chocolate recipes like this. No added sugars or ingredients from another language required 🙌🏼 just whole and healthy ingredients! I’m still thinking about these chocolate fudge bars and I just want to make more and devour all of them! They tasted so good 😩❤️ - Healthy Chocolate Fudge Bars ✨2 tbs of cocoa powder ✨3 pitted dates ✨1 banana ✨1/2 cup of oats ✨Walnuts ✨1/2 tsp of cinnamon Directions: 1. Mix the oats and spices (cocoa and cinnamon) in a food processor until the oats are ground. 2. Add in the dates and banana to the food processor and blend until everything is mixed well together. 3. Find a container or and dish to spread the batter in. 4. Freeze for an hour or until they are more firm and solid. 5. EAT ALL OF THEM BEFORE ANYONE ELSE ASKS FOR ONE 😯 (haha, just kidding! Ate these up right after I snapped this pic

I feel like I'm always picking out the things that I like in pre made trail mix so I decided to make my own 🙃courtesy of the bulk section of @wholefoods (best way to do it & save 💸), @livelovepop sea salt popcorn & @enjoylifefoods mini chocolate chips 😋 i've been bringing some of this to snack on at work & loving it 🙌🏻 . you can switch it up however you like 💃🏻this week I did sea salt popcorn, pumpkin seeds, raisins, unsweetened banana chips, cashews, Brazil nuts & dark chocolate chips (always need chocolate in my trail mix 😏) . happy tuesday!
