Looking for a sweet treat for the week ahead? Make these Raspberry Yogurt Icecream Sticks up tonight for a healthy sweet treat throughout the week. RASPBERRY YOGHURT ICECREAM STICKS Makes 6 1 banana 1 cup raspberry 1/2 cup milk 1/4 cup yoghurt 1 tbs maple syrup 1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth 2. Pour into mounds 3. Freeze for 12 hours (at least) Ps added maple syrup for an extra sweetness + it’s FODMAP friendly. Use whatever sweetener you prefer but to be honest the natural sugars found in fruit, milk and yogurt are sweet enough. 👩‍🌾🍦

Turning my nerves into excitement for the privilege to begin my yoga teaching career next week 👊 #wellness

Four years ago, I was in very different place. I don't ever want to tell you that things were bad because I had so very much to be thankful for, but things were hard. We had a lot going on in our home and I was exhausted, frustrated and feeling like I was burning the candle at both ends. I wanted to fix everything, but I couldn't. In the process of this struggle, I stopped taking care of myself. I wasn't healthy because in my mind I was too busy and tired to be healthy. It wasn't what I felt like was a priority at the time. (I now know that health must always be a priority. Taking care of myself so that I can take care of others is the key) I was chugging back diet soda daily and I my pants were shrinking. 😳 I made a decision to just buck up and deal with where we were. I settled. In my mind, I felt like I was still an athlete but my body wasn't agreeing! I remember a phone call from my wife, letting me know she had just purchased a system after watching our friend Trisha bounce all over Facebook, excited about the way she was feeling. I knew that Lindsey needed this badly, but deep down I wondered if that could possibly help me to get my health back too. Two weeks later, I had a brown box of my own. One choice to try something different! One choice to step down an unknown path! One choice to stop being skeptical and start being hopeful! One choice to jump all in to something with faith the size of a mustard seed! One choice can create a ripple effect, a domino effect to change our life forever! One! Within a week, I began to feel energy 🚀🚀🚀 that I hadn't experienced in a very long time! I began to feel better in my clothes. I began to see things differently and I began to dream again! I wanted to go to the gym🏋️‍♀️! I wanted to go to the park and play with the kids🏈🏀⚽️! I wanted to create additional income💵! Fast forward to 2017 and now I'm crushing my goals💪💪💪! #wellness
