Daily workout! My apologies for not posting one yesterday. My day turned out to be busier than expected and by the time I got home I thought that it was too dark to do a little recording. So that being said I'll do a little video on Saturday as well. Here's another towel workout for you working abs legs and booty in honor of Hump Day! First exercise I did was squats on the towel. Just be careful with how far you slide out and really drag your feet in to engage the muscles. Second exercise I did was a Twist so working your abs and your legs. Final one I did was a lateral lunge really focusing on the glutes. I would say for each activity do 20 repetitions and total with the exception of the lateral lunge do 10 circles with your foot clockwise and then rotate counter-clockwise per side. This Glow girl did a full body circuit hitting all the big and little muscles. Isolation workouts are great but training all muscle groups shocks the body to grow and recruit muscle fibers for strength endurance.
