I love training back just as much as training lower body. Often times I come across the misconception that females don’t necessarily find training upper body important & sometimes disregard it overall. If it was easy, everybody would do it. It would be nice to truly think diet and exercise is easy. It’s fucking not. Everybody knows it. Does it take effort 24/7.-No. It does take time and consistency. It takes time to learn what to do and what not to do. Form, macros, progressive overloading, strength training vs hypertrophy, and the list goes on. A lot of people hear all of this information and head for the hills. Most people don’t realize that a couple hours a day can lead to a more energetic, confident lifestyle.-Does a sick muscular and shredded physique bring happiness? No but the things that come along with that journey usually do. Confidence, reaching goals, the gym community, support, independence, energy, and again, the list goes on.-Don’t be afraid of fitness, if you want fitness to be apart of your life, embrace it. Ask people you admire what to do, how to do it, and start learning.-Nobody you see on social media that you think has a great body started out with 100% confidence and assurance that they would one day be where they are now.
