Everyday I hear oh I worked out so hard this week I can have a cheat meal?! Lets look at this statement. Ask yourself do I cheat on my spouse? No/yes, why? What am I missing in my relationship? Let me talk with my spouse and incorporate the things we are missing! Problem solved. So let's look at food! Why do I need a cheat meal? What am I missing so I am having these cravings? Are they micronutrients or macronutrients ? Why do I think I can only have a salad to be healthy? What happens when we eat these foods? It's our hormones that go out of whack and make us gain weight and diseases. Why don't you be creative ? Why don't you add some hemp oil and some cranberries maybe make some chia with coconut water/almond milk , cocoa? Let's make a beautiful cheese cake. There is so many varieties but I guess you are lacking creativity. Let's boost your creativity in the kitchen with your kids and spouse. Let's bond more. Let's connect and love.

Buenos días de Martes!!! ¿Cómo se presenta vuestro día hoy?.Después de dos semanas me he pesado, y sumándole a eso que hemos pasado por un puente..... He subido 1 kilo ... Día de bajón..Así que a esto hay que ponerle remedio, a pensar que hice mal e intentar no volver a repetirlo. .Hoy es día de ayuno intermitente, (24 horas).
