Roasted chick pea poppers are the perfect game day snack! Toss them with olive oil, salt, pepper, and some cayenne pepper for extra kick! Pop in over at 450 Fahrenheit for 30-40 minutes until golden and crispy. We like to toss them around about half way just so they cook evenly. #roastedchickpeas #gamedaysnacks #healthysnacks

Chocolate Chip Walnut Banana Bread | Bananas are a staple at home, usually for our toddler who has it one way or another for her breakfast/snack. Of course, we all face that moment where too much time has passed and you either throw them away as they have ripened too much or use it to your advantage. Banana bread is usually a crowd favourite and grateful we have this option. To give it even more punch, the walnuts were a great addition and added a great flavour to each bite. This recipe was adapted from http://www.geniuskitchen.com/amp/recipe/best-banana-bread-2886 with the addition of a pinch of nutmeg, 1/2 tsp cinnamon and 1 cup each of chocolate chips and walnuts.

A lonnnnnngggg flight head of me but excited to get home and be in my own bed. ✈️Travelling with a leg like this has taught me A LOT of patience 🧘♀️ but on another note, the fu*kin security guy took MY GUAC!!!!! MY GUAC!!! 🥑🥑🥑It’s not a fricken liquid, it’s fricken avocado!!!! That really pissed me the hell off especially cause I go to such an extent with thinking of my plane meals to plan. 🤬➡️ another quickie vlog on ‘how to pack healthy food for long haul flight WITHOUT a kitchen’ will be up soon Also slipped today in Wholefoods when on my crutches and put my bad leg down (which I’m not meant to put weight on for 3 months) and now my leg is killing me.....not exactly ideal for a 20 hour trip home 😑😑 P.s. I’m in love with my new suitcase from @away 😍😍 it’s so prettttyyyy
