⁉️Is Healthy Food Stopping Your Fat Loss⁉️-🤚Before we dive into this let me say 1 thing: none of these (or any foods) inherently causes you to gain fat.-Too often people think just because something is labeled as "healthy" it's a free for all to eat.-️I hear all the time "Oh, I don't count calories I just eat clean." The thing to realize is that YOU CAN 100% GAIN BODY-FAT FROM EATING CLEAN AND HEALTHY FOODS IN EXCESS.-Real that again-🤘Here we go!-1️⃣:NUTSNuts are great & are a good source of fat. But these little guys also add up really fast. Just a handful can be upwards of 350-400 calories.-2️⃣: SMOOTHIES & JUICESFruits & veggies are an absolute must. They're full of fiber, vitamins, and minerals. But the key is EAT THEM--not drink them. When you go crazy on smoothies & fruit juices your calories will fly through the roof.-3️⃣: THINGS W/ A "HEALTH" LABELJust because something has a health label on it doesn't mean it's the best option. These items can be high in excess calories & fillers having little to no nutritional value.-4️⃣: OILSOils are are similar to nuts. They're great as a healthy fat source but too often they're used in excess giving you an extra few hundred calories.-5️⃣: NUT BUTTERSEveryone loves nut butters & they still can be a great source of good fat but again, they're really easy to overeat & throw your numbers off the charts.-6️⃣: DRIED FRUITThink of it this way, you're taking a great big piece of food like a banana and shrinking it down to an itty bitty bite size piece but its calories are still going to be there from when it was big. You're just asking to still be hungry & unsatisfied. Try and eat the regular fruit or be very cautious of how dense the calories are. #repost@realjaredhamilton
