Coconut chicken chippies with a tasty chilli and lime mayonot the prettiest but damn it was tasty!To make: - Cut up chicken breast into bite size pieces.- Prepare 1 bowl of shredded coconut and another bowl with 1 whisked egg.-Dredge each chicken piece in the egg mixture then coat with shredded coconut. -Pan fry until crispy and golden!
